Boggy Creek is located on the north-western side of Lake Ellesmere/Te Waihora, it is accessed from Colletts Road.
It is Department of Conservation owned land managed for hunting opportunities by North Canterbury Fish & Game.
North Canterbury Fish & Game have 10 hunting stands available for hunters and access to them is decided by ballot each year.
To apply for the ballot, download the form here and complete it and return it via email to: ncevent@fishandgame.org.nz

Ballot applications are accepted from 1 February to 4 April and the ballot is drawn on the next working day.
