The holiday season is once again upon us and hopefully most of us will have more time than usual to get out for a fish.

Whether you are a seasoned-pro or brand-new to sports fishing there is always something to learn.

Over the years Fish & Game have put together a wealth of information to help you access fishing spots and improve your skills – all so you can catch more fish and get more enjoyment while you’re doing it.

On the Fish & Game website each region has its Fishing locations and access page which can help point anglers in the right direction if you are keen to try out some new spots.

2020 FISHING LICENCE PHOTO COMPETITION

Don't forget your camera or mobile phone on your next fishing trip.

You could find one of your photos on the front of the 2020/2021 Fish & Game fishing licence and part of the $4,000 prize package supplied by Kilwell Sports.

There are 4 monthly competitions starting January 2020, each with a $500 Kilwell voucher up for grabs.

The overall winner will be chosen from the 4 monthly winners by public vote on Facebook and go home with a $2,000 voucher from Kilwell.
