Nelson Marlborough Fish & Game hold a number of organised gamebird hunts each year. There are three Moturoa/Rabbit Island upland gamebird hunt, where you can go in the ballot for a hunting block on one of the hunt weekends (there are three weekends per season).
Our Wakapuaka Pukeko drive is a very popular event, which is held to address high bird numbers that impact farming operations.
From time to time we may hold other facilitated hunts in other areas.
