Arapuni Fishing Contest

This competition at the popular Waikato trout fishing lake will be held on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, March 20th and 21st 2021.
Run by the Te Awamutu Fish & Game Association, the contest starts at 6am on Saturday, with adult and junior sections, and prizes including for the heaviest rainbow, brown and rudd.
A prize giving will be held at 2.30pm on the Sunday.
The contest will include a sausage sizzle, spot prizes and lucky ticket draw.
