Aquatic weed spraying notice – Rotorua Lakes

Fish & Game has been advised by environmental planners Boffa Miskell that aquatic weed spaying on behalf of Environment Bay of Plenty will begin on Monday April 30th 2018.

The following sites are scheduled to be sprayed from a boat with diquat in gel form.

Warning signage will be in place at local access points and recommendations are no fishing, swimming or drinking water for 24 hours post treatment.
