Help us defend freshwater.

Why donate to Fish and Game?
Fish & Game New Zealand is one of the staunchest freshwater conservation organisations in New Zealand. We mounted the dirty dairy campaign in 2001, secured, fought and participated in all 15 Water Conservation Orders across New Zealand and have spent millions of dollars protecting our environment. Our ability to continue this proud heritage of conservation is determined entirely by the number of licences sold or donations received. This means that 100 per cent of your contribution goes towards where it is most needed: protecting New Zealand’s freshwater and wetlands.
What does Fish and Game do?
- Protect waterways.
- Restore habitat.
- Secure public access for recreation.
- Research threats to freshwater and wetlands, and the species that inhabit them.
