Kids fish out days at the Ngongotaha hatchery have finished for another year. Keep an eye on our website for details of 2019's itinerary.

This fun opportunity is run by the Rotorua Anglers Association who show children six to 14 years of age how to catch a fish.


The final kids’ trout fishing day will be held on Saturday December 15 at the Scout Den pool in Stratford’s King Edward Park.

The Davis Family had a successful 2017 Kids Salmon Fishing Day.

Our Kids Salmon Fishing Day is fast approaching - to be held at Loch Cameron near Twizel.

Anglers aged 3-11 will have the opportunity to fish for hundreds of salmon that we will be releasing into the pond for the event.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 17th .
