About Southland Fish & Game
Fish & Game Southland is one of 12 regional Fish & Game Councils across New Zealand.
They are responsible for the management of game bird and freshwater fish habitats and populations across the Southland region.
Meeting Protocols
Council Meetings have a formal meeting structure requiring both Councillors and members of the public to identify in writing issues they wish to speak to, not less than seven days prior to the meeting, so it can be added to the agenda. The Council allow time at the end of each meeting for the the public and Councillors to raise any items they would like added to the next agenda.
