Election - Enrol or Update Now!
To vote in the 2017 General Election, you need to be enrolled by Friday 22 September. You can enrol and vote at any advance voting place - but you can't enrol on election day.
The Electoral Commission allows you to enrol or check your own enrolment details for the sole purpose of checking if they are correct, and updating them if they are not.
It’s easy – all you have to do is enter your name, date of birth and the New Zealand address where you believe you are currently enrolled. This may be a previous address if you've recently submitted an enrolment form to update your enrolment details.
(Use of this service for any other purpose, particularly if it is unrelated to registration as an elector, is prohibited)
