It’s time to go fishing!!!
The new season is only a few days away and the fish will be rested, naive and it will be some of the most exciting fishing you can get.
Don’t miss the opportunity of the absence of non-resident licence holders out there this season, so challenge yourself and try fishing somewhere new.
To help anglers out Fish & Game have created a new section on our website called Trout Fishing Made Easy full of tips and techniques to help you become a successful trout angler.

Throughout the country many anglers are unaware that perch are a sportsfish and are a great eating fish, revered in many Michelin starred restaurants the world over. Many regions have some good spots where anglers can catch a perch, just give your local Fish & Game Office a call for pointers.
