Visiting hunters from California. Recently two lucky hunters from the California Waterfowl Association spent 2 weeks hunting waterfowl in New Zealand - Holly Heyser and Hank Shaw. Holly works for the CWA as their magazine editor; and Hank is chef/writer of the superbly presented cook book titled Duck, Duck, Goose - as well as creator of the very popular website honest-food.net. Hank has even come up with a mouth-watering recipe for cooking up Pukeko. Watch it on our YouTube channel here
