The late opening and fog didn't dissapoint in the Auckland fish and game block. Limits by 10.30am Saturday. Best opening we have had. One that's going to be hard to beat. A pic of some of the ducks harvested during the long weekend in by us 3.
Tail on this cockbird was 40 bars. Bird was 91cm from beak to tail. Biggest cockbird my father has seen in 50+ years of hunting. Shot on the Rangitikei River opening weekend
